Remember when calling customer service that you've got something in common with the representative you'll talk to on the phone.You've both been put in a crappy situation by the management of Amazon.
Nobody was willing to admit that, really, Amazon had screwed up. On September 29, 2002, I received this in response to a snail mail letter I sent to their corporate offices addressed to Jeff Bezos, the Amazon CEO. I welcome the chance to help as I may and please know that I am including Jeff in this correspondence.
If you argue and get mad with people on the phone, they'll eventually give you a more immediate refund.
